Energy Solutions!

IUP Rapid Response is currently developing a comprehensive campaign to explore energy solutions in our community that can act as alternatives to our dependence on fossil fuels such as coal and natural gas.  Our community has endured the legacy of the coal industry and as we speak marcellus shale fracking for natural gas is running rampant in Pennsylvania with little to no protections in place for our neighbors, clean water, air, and local economies.
